These Russian nesting dolls wears black sarafans, or traditional Russian dresses, decorated with a motif of red flowers and green leaves and hemmed with blue and gold lace. The dresses are accessorized with headscarves of similar pattern. Each of these Russian nesting dolls also wears a golden "kokoshnik" the traditional Russian head-dress that accompanies the sarafan.
