90 days returns policy applies. There is no requirement to obtain return authorization #

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

For a full refund (less shipping cost) or exchange please follow the following instructions:

1. Make sure the item is unused and not damaged.

We will issue a refund within 5 days or send you replacement immediately.  

If you have received incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is incomplete, please contact us immediately at 1-877-797-2659 so that we may resolve the issue quickly. 

 International Shipping

Duties:
Taxes, duties, VAT is customer's responsibility. 
Different countries have different tax laws and we do not know them. Please contact your locall customs office (sometimes your post office will have this information).

Time in transit:
Usually it takes 10- 28 days to the most countries. It is very rare but sometimes package is stuck somewhere and it takes much longer for it to be delivered.
