Shipping
   We charge a flat fee on your entire order. Please choose one of three shipping speeds for orders sent to addresses within the United States.
  All orders will be shipped from our wharehouse located in Chicago.
  International orders to Canada will be shipped via Air Mail ($6.95 shipping). All other countries -via Worldwide Air Mail ($9.99).

Returns
   You can return items sold by BestPysanky.com within 30 days from the shipping date. Please send us e-mail (to receive return authrization number) and ensure that the items are in its original condition when sending back. Please allow us 3-5 days to process your return.
    For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. We will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping.

Sales Tax
   Sales tax will be charged to all orders that are processed with Illinois shipping address.

Coupons
   A coupon or promotional code provides a percentage or dollar amount off either a single item or an entire purchase. By using coupons or promotional codes, you can take advantage of special discounts available through our newsletters and promotions.  To receive our coupons or promotional offers please sign up to our newsletter.

 Wholesale orders
