   We charge a flat fee on your entire order. Please choose one of three shipping speeds for orders sent to addresses within the United States.
  All orders will be shipped from our wharehouse located in Chicago. We use different carriers to deliver your items: FedEx, USPS, UPS.

  International orders to Canada will be shipped via Air Mail ($6.95 shipping cost). All other countries - via Worldwide Air Mail ($9.99).

Returns
   You can return items sold by BestPysanky.com within 30 days from the shipping date. To qualify, simply send us e-mail (to receive return authrization number) and ensure that the items are in its original condition when sending back. Please allow us 3-5 days from the time we receive the item to process your return.
    For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping.
