On a scale of 1-10. I give my experience a 10. I have always had positive experiences shopping with Etsy. This product I purchased was too short, but still excellent quality, I just needed to use a tape measure to realize the size I ordered, so it was completely my fault. I was still able to use the product, just had to re-adjust.
