To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@bestpysanky.com and send your item to: 6374 W Howard St, Niles, IL 60714 United States.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Other than arriving a bit later than it was supposed to, the Basket of Flowers arrived very carefully packed and in excellent condition. It's an Easter Gift for my wife and I couldn't be more pleased at how substantial it feels, its overall excellent quality and how beautifully it's designed. While not a stone for stone replica of the Faberge version (naturally it couldn't be), it does a great job at evoking the magic and elegance of the master craftsman and the Imperial family and will only enhance any collector's collection. It is very rewarding to know that there is a company such as BestPyansky in the marketplace that clearly takes such pride in their creations and customer service. Bravo and thank you!
