Processing Time

  • All in-stock items ship from our USA warehouse within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders with personalization or custom requests may require 3–5 additional business days.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • We offer Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping options.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Canada and select international destinations

Incorrect Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • BestPysanky is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please email photos and your order number to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

Partial Shipments

In rare cases, orders may be shipped in separate packages at no additional cost.
