It is meticulously crafted by hand using traditional techniques that originated in the 1800's. The Renaissance-era carving, molding, glass blowing, silver lining, painting and finishing processes require unparalleled skill and several weeks to complete.
The molten glass is mouth-blown into finely carved molds to shape the topper. It is then painted and glittered in a series of labor-intensive steps to achieve the beautiful final products.

Overall experience was very appreciated. I did get the first item broken a bit in the back so ordered another one as I wasn't sure if it was broken before I wrapped it and gave it as a gift. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
