- 4.064 cm Tall x 6.096 cm Long
- Gold Plated Pewter
- Hand Painted
- Gift Boxed
This hand-painted sparkling egg is adorned with a high-polished white enamel with golden trim.
The egg opens on a hinge and closes shut with a magnet, to keep the box securely shut.
The piece comes in a beautiful gift box.
The egg was created by Carl Peter's work master, Henrik Winstrom and is crafted of gold, green and pink enamel in various shades, portrait diamonds, rose-cut diamonds, and satin lining.
This egg is enameled in translucent pale green and latticed with rose-cut diamonds and decorated with opaque light and dark pink enamel roses and emerald green leaves.

Egg is beautiful! wonderful addition to any collection.
This was the closest I could find to the coloring of the original egg - it looks great! I ordered it close to Christmas and it was shipped right away and I got it before Christmas. Very pleased with this purchase!
This egg is really pretty! It’s quite small but is the only egg in my current collection of 14 eggs that is oriented horizontally and not vertically like most of the eggs. The enamel is good quality and for such a small egg, the details are amazing! A machine can’t make these, they’re too small and delicate I think! It’s very sparkly and the colors go very well together! The date, 1894, is nicely placed on top and I love the side mounted lion head handles. My one slight issue with it is the hinge is very small and flimsy and despite its size, it does have some weight to it, especially the top which is the part that flips open. Design wise, I think it could benefit from a slightly larger hinge. But it’s such a treat just to look at! I love it! For the price, I firmly recommend this to you, it adds some extra sparkle and shine to any Faberge repro collection!
Love it, it’s wonderful.
The item is well done for its small size. Hopefully the maker will see fit to produce a full size reproduction soon.
I LOVE my new egg!,!,
I started my collection over a year ago and this is a beautiful addition to it. It may be small, but it's mighty!
Be aware that this is a very small egg. It would be a perfect box for an engagement ring or small necklace to give as a gift. The enamel work is a little off but I think that is due to the egg being so small. There is a lot of raised work and lots of crystals. Overall a beautiful TINY reproduction of the Faberge Renaissance egg. I don't think you will be disappointed.
Keep in mind that this is a super small egg. It would be perfect for a ring box. There is lots of detail and crystals. The enamel work is good but not great. That is probably due to the size of the egg. I don't think you will be disappointed just be aware of the size.
I saw the original Faberge egg in SPB. It is a small egg. Hard to find a reproduction of this Royal egg. I saw almost exactly one like this one at Hillwood Museum in DC, but done in red. They were selling it for $45. You can’t beat the prices at BestPysanky. I hope they come out with more of the other Royal eggs.
I bought it for my girlfriend and she was very excited. I will be purchasing more in the future. thanks
