Gingerbread Ornaments

Gingerbread
Christmas treats would never be complete without the iconic gingerbread in its many forms. It was first dated in the 16th-century were gingerbread men were served in royal dinners during Queen Elizabeth I's ruling. She would give them as gifts to nobilities as a sign of her royal "stamp of approval". The tradition was passed down to generations where it became an important piece of decor on Christmas trees during the Victorian Age.
